General conditions Petit Cato
1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Petit Cato and to every distance agreement and orders between Petit Cato and the consumer.Before the distance agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions is made available to the consumer.
2. The offer
The offer is without obligation. Petit Cato is entitled to change and adjust the offer. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and / or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. If Petit Cato uses images, these are a true representation of the products and / or services offered. Mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Petit Cato. All images, specifications, data in the offer are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.
Images for products are a true representation of the products offered. Petit Cato cannot guarantee that the displayed colors exactly match the real colors of the products.
3. The agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, Petit Cato will confirm receipt of the offer electronically. As long as the receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed by Petit Cato, the consumer can terminate the agreement.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, Petit Cato will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and he will ensure a safe web environment. If the consumer can pay electronically, Petit Cato will take appropriate security measures. Every agreement is entered into under the suspensive conditions of sufficient availability of the products concerned.
4. Complaints and returns
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to terminate the agreement during 14 days. This reflection period starts on the day following receipt of the product by the consumer. Pay attention! Our items are packaged in transparent packaging with a guarantee seal. If this seal is broken or the transparent packaging is damaged, the right to return shipment will lapse and the purchase will be final.
If the consumer exercises his right of return, he will return the product with all accessories supplied in the original condition and packaging to Petit Cato. If the consumer wishes to make use of his right of return, he is obliged to make this known to Petit Cato within 14 days after receiving the product. After the consumer has indicated that he wants to make use of his right of return, the consumer must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the goods delivered were returned on time, for example by means of proof of shipment.
Articles made to order can unfortunately not be exchanged. If a complaint is made in time and the delivered goods do not comply with the agreement, Petit Cato will, at its option and against return of the delivered goods, either provide free re-delivery or credit the buyer for the returned goods.
5. Costs in case of return shipment
If the consumer makes use of his right of return, the costs of the return will be at the most for him/herself. If the consumer has paid an amount, Petit Cato will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after the return shipment. The condition is that the product has already been received back by Petit Cato.
6. Disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements. The competent Dutch court has exclusive jurisdiction of other bodies to hear all disputes that may arise under the agreement between Petit Cato and the other party.
7. Prices
The prices mentioned on this webshop include VAT and in EUROs, but excluding shipping costs. All prices are subject to price changes. All prices are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors. In the case of printing and typing errors, the entrepreneur is not obliged to deliver the product at the wrong price.

9. Delivery
Ordered items will be delivered as soon as possible, but at the latest within 5 working days after receipt of payment. In the exceptional case that the item is no longer available, the consumer will be contacted in order to arrive at a choice for a similar item, or to credit the buyer for the amount paid. Delivery times are indicative. The consumer cannot derive any rights from any specified periods. Exceeding a term does not entitle the consumer to compensation. The delivery time for items to order is different and this will always take place in consultation with the consumer. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to the company.
10. Shipping
Shipments are for the account and risk of the buyer. If desired, it is possible to send a shipment by registered mail. The costs are for the buyer.
11. Improper use
Parents and / or caregivers must ensure the correct use of the products supplied. Damage resulting from incorrect or careless use of all Petit Cato products cannot be recovered from Petit Cato or its owner. A pacifier cord is not a toy and must always be used under supervision. Pacifier cords, rattles and teethers must be regularly checked and always used under supervision. Keep all products supplied by Petit Cato away from open fire.
12. Liability
Petit Cato is not liable for damage in the broadest sense of the word to the customer, unless this damage is caused by gross negligence or intent by Petit Cato.
